I competed in a few competitions before I met Viv, but was never really serious.
I wanted a different approach and a new outlook on competing, and I wanted to see if I could be more serious about the sport.
I first read about Viv in the Philly Fit Magazine & decided to email her and see if she would be interested in working with me, she responded almost immediately and was very receptive & extremely warm & passionate in her response -which motivated me even more. I learned a new approach with Viv and took my training to a new level.
She made me realize that it could be achieved.
